FAQs

How do your services work?

My services are designed to provide flexible and tailored support to healthcare professionals. After an initial consultation to understand your needs, I create a customized plan detailing the tasks required. You’ll receive regular updates and a task sheet outlining completed work. Whether it’s managing your diary, handling emails, or organizing financial records, I adapt my services to fit your practice.

What tools do you use?

  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for organizing and managing tasks.
  • Accountancy Software: QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, and Sage for financial administration.
  • CRM Systems: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Qunote, and Goldmine to manage client data.
  • Cloud Storage: Dropbox for securely storing and sharing files.

How do you ensure confidentiality?

  • Secure Storage: Files are stored in Dropbox or existing CRM systems, never directly on my computer.
  • Data Retention Policy: Emails and records are securely archived after one year unless otherwise agreed.
  • Security Software: McAfee is installed and regularly updated to safeguard against cyber threats.

What are your working hours?

I offer flexible working hours to accommodate your needs. My typical availability is Monday to Friday. We can discuss your preferences during an initial consultation to find the best arrangement.

What is your pricing structure?

I charge £22 per hour, billed in increments of 5 minutes to ensure you only pay for the time spent on your tasks. I provide a detailed task sheet with each invoice, outlining the work completed during the billing period. Invoices are issued on the last working day of the month.

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes, I offer a one-month trial period for new clients. This allows us to determine if my services are a good fit for your needs. During this time, we’ll establish clear expectations and goals. At the end of the trial, we’ll review and decide whether to proceed with a long-term arrangement.
